Refund policy

· Unless you specified during purchase that you want express shipping, shipping is usually done within 1 to 3 business days. Note that PO boxes are not accepted for delivery.

·  Customers who require a refund should contact us by phone to get approval. The product will be eligible if it has a major packaging defect or the product itself has a manufacturing defect. The customer must provide proof with a photo of the defect in question by email to the following email address Perrot Sweet Maple reserves the right to accept or not to refund or replace the product in question. Returns will not be accepted given the food nature of the product.

· Exchanges are not allowed in our online store, as the product will have traveled in trucks with other products from unknown places.

· You have a period of 21 days following receipt of the goods to request a refund.
